A capacity building programme on poultry rearing for women farmers was organised by MSSRF in association with MAFSU (Maharashtra Animals & Fishery Sciences of University) Nagpur. This capacity building programme was specially organised for women under the FSN villages of LANSA as it focuses on poultry rearing as a part of FSN intervention under livestock components. The aim of the training was to promote subsidiary occupations like poultry, goatery, and fishery to achieve better livelihood and security of farmers.
