The 5^th Annual LCIRAH Conference - ‘Agri-health research: what have we learned and where to next?’ was held on June 3 and 4 at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, London.

I was somewhat surprised to be in Afghanistan in June 2014, a country which was new to me before LANSA first took me there. It is the high rate of malnutrition in a predominantly rural economy that makes Afghanistan an important country to LANSA.
